At a Glance
Aaron joined Redmond and Nazar in 2007 as an associate. Since joining, his work has focused primarily in the areas of bankruptcy, commercial litigation, business law, securities law and litigation. In particular, Aaron has worked with troubled businesses and individuals in resolving debt issues caused by tax delinquencies and credit problems. His practice also consists of general litigation in both state and federal court matters. Aaron is experienced in handling all aspects of Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy issues for both debtors and creditors. Previous clients have consisted of business Chapter 11 debtors, individual Chapter 11 debtors, individual Chapter 7 and 13 debtors, Chapter 7 trustee, federal appointed receivers, prominent regional businesses and national banks. Aaron is an active member of the Wichita Bar Association where he currently serves on the Business Law and Bankruptcy committees.

Of Note
Prior to law school, Aaron worked in the financial service industry as a licensed NASD broker and investment consultant. During law school, he was actively involved in moot court, the J. Reuben Clark Law Society and the American Inns of Court. As a second year student, Aaron was among the quarter-finalists in KU Law’s moot court competition. As result, he was selected to represent KU in the Conrad B. Duberstein Moot Court Competition held at St. John’s School of Law in New York. He also served as president of the J. Rueben Clark Law Society KU student chapter and coordinated KU Law’s participation in a community food drive with local Boy Scouts and food banks.
