Mrs. Hesse was admitted to the bar upon graduating from the Washburn University School of Law in 1985. She served as a research attorney for The Honorable Robert P. Morton, United States Bankruptcy Judge, and his successor, The Honorable John K. Pearson. During her practice, Mrs. Hesse has authored numerous articles for bankruptcy related publications such as the "Norton Bankruptcy Law Advisor." She has also authored chapters in "Drafting Bankruptcy Reorganization Plans" published by Professional Education Systems, Inc., 1988. Mrs. Hesse is a member of the Wichita and Kansas Bar Associations. She is currently admitted to practice in Kansas and before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit, and the United States District Court, District of Kansas.
