Currently, Ms. Saidian's practice consists primarily of representation of debtors in both consumer and corporate bankruptcies. She has handled several matters concerning construction companies and related issues and represents medical service organizations on corporate matters. Shortly after graduating from law school in 1988, she was admitted to practice in Kansas as well as before the United States Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit, and the United States District Court, District of Kansas. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association, the Kansas Women Attorneys Association, the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation, The American Bankruptcy Institute, the 2004 Bench Bar Committee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas, and the Solid Waste Planning Committee, Sedgwick County, Kansas.
She practices in the areas of Bankruptcy and Business Litigation.
